Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms of use govern the use of the public website be-hui.com and all associated content.

The HUI app (web app and mobile app) is currently still under development and is not yet available for public release. Separate terms of use for the HUI app will be published prior to launch.

2. Distinction: Website and app

The HUI website (be-hui.com) is a public information offering. It includes:

• Information about HUI — Human United Intelligence
• The origins of HUI and the supporting associations
• How HUI works and the vision of HUI
• Legal and informational pages (Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, etc.)

Not currently included:

• The HUI web app (browser platform) — not yet publicly accessible
• The HUI mobile app — not yet released
• Registration, login, or membership features — not yet enabled
• Payment or billing features — not available on the public website

3. Use of the website

The content of the HUI website (texts, images, graphics, design) is protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for private and informational purposes.

Commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content without prior written consent is not permitted.

4. Links to external websites

The HUI website contains links to the websites of the supporting associations 4VisionGlobal and Liga der Kreativen. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content and terms of use.

5. Liability for content

The content of the HUI website is created with the greatest care. However, no guarantee can be given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content.

Liability for damages arising from the use of the website — unless otherwise required by law — exists only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Liability for links

The HUI website contains links to external third-party websites (4VisionGlobal, Liga der Kreativen). HUI has no influence over the content of these linked sites. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.

7. Copyright

The content displayed on the HUI website (texts, images, graphics, logo, design) is subject to copyright. The HUI logo and HUI brand may not be used without express consent.

The seals of the supporting associations (4VisionGlobal, Liga der Kreativen) are the property of the respective associations and are displayed on the HUI website with their consent.

8. Changes to the terms of use

HUI reserves the right to change these terms of use when there is a legitimate interest. Material changes will be communicated on the website.

9. Future features

With the launch of the HUI app, additional features will become available for which separate terms of use will apply. These may include:

• Registration and account management
• Membership and participation
• Payment and billing features
• Content creation and management
• Communication between members

The corresponding terms will be published prior to the respective launch of each feature. No terms are provided for features that are not currently offered.

10. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, unless mandatory legal provisions of another jurisdiction require otherwise.
